Fresh releases from General Electric in Erie, CSX ES44AC's No. 3077 and No. 3078 lead Russell-Erwin manifest, CSX Q696 alongside the Ohio River at Mansbach Metal in downtown Ashland. The locomotives will be placed in coal service along the route of the former Clinchfield, likely operating in both head end and DPU service.
