Remarks & Notes 
Rio Grande train No. 644 departs Texas Gulf's Potash mine with 26 loads for Grand Junction. While I was never fond of the D&RGW's transition from Aspen Gold to Anschutz Orange, the replacement color seemed to work well in southern Utah's red rock country along the mighty Colorado River.
