Cold weather railroading at it's finest. It's -27 degrees below zero just before sunrise and the exhaust from the plant is hanging over the small yard while the crew is having issues loading their train, which can be seen in the distance steaming away. They will continue loading shortly and return to Proctor with the full 144 car train.
