Y112 trails K153 through the statically preserved wooden crossing gates at Ballarat East, heading over to the station to collect their train for a weekend of shuttles between Ballarat and Lal Lal. Y112 was built only about a kilometre from here at the Phoenix Foundry in 1889, making it Victoria's oldest operating mainline steam locomotive.
