| The Valais valley is know for its wines - but also for its spectacular shape. A deep cut in the mountains - made by the once big Rhone glacier. On the bottom the simplon mainline is running through the vineyards. Here a RBDe560 regionaltrain is heading for Sierre/Siders. |
