Remarks & Notes

Auckland Transport service to Papakura passes the mural near Puhinui in the suburbs of South Auckland. This intricate mural depicts 4-6-4T loco at Papatoetoe station. The station depot was relocated in 1999 to site above track level about a mile north of this location (see my RP image 458092.)
