Flurries move in as the 2013 edition of the Toys for Tots Train glides past the frozen Seward Lake bound for it's next stop in Cobleskill, NY where it will distribute toys and clothing to families in need. This year brings a change in the tradition. D&H 7312 has always been an icon on this train however, this year it was sent to NRE at Silvis, IL. for overhaul and repainting. It is now officially CP 7312 in candy apple red paint.
