NS 098 passes by the Altoona Station with two brand new General Electric PH37ACmi "Powerhaul" locomotives ride on heavy duty TTX Flat Cars bound for Colas Freight Rail, in the United Kingdom. These two locomotives are part of a ten unit order. The locomotives are being built at GE's Erie Plant.
