Norfolk Southern Local T51 wheels westbound on the Peavine, approaching South Milford with NS 9723 running "Hammerhead-style", and pulling a pair of boxcars from new customer Huhtamaki, which is located in part of the former Ford plant in Batavia. Images like this would shortly become priceless, because it was announced a few days later that a new Frontier Rail shortline known as the Cincinnati East Terminal (CCET) would be taking over this operation via lease by the end of April 2014.
