| A downtown White River Junction beautification project literally wrapped up 36 hours earlier than the arrival of the northbound New England Central train 323-07, enroute from Brattleboro to St. Albans, Vermont and in charge of engineer Brian Wellnitz and SD40T-2 3317. The train is seen crossing the completely rebuilt bridge over Bridge Street adjacent to the Railroad Row buildings. |
