After a lengthy four hour wait, NS train 27A (Brunswick, Ga. to Vance, Al. empty autoracks) makes it's appearance in Atlanta, Ga. beneath local job GE24. The "Closed Door Policy" was put in place for this photo instead of the famous Open Door Policy.
