| The good old 99 leads an unusual, but welcomed southbound move with a unit train of empty well cars bound for storage on the Apache. The fact that this railroad can afford to operate at all is astonishing given the recent loss of traffic. But the fact that they ran a train the day I was in town, defies any luck I've ever had. |
