School's out! Having finished my last final, I left the University of Idaho just after midnight for my first railfanning adventure of the summer, arriving at Palouse Falls State Park at 3 A.M. and immediately beginning a 4 mile moonlit hike through the desert, in and out of canyons, seeing two trains along the way before finally reaching my planned vantage point to start the day, a hill above Joso siding with a view out toward the famous bridge. Within two hours, I had two northbounds, a very short HKSK followed by this empty grain train. In a few seconds, the head end will be passing the south switch of Joso siding.
