Photographed near the former location of the B&O train station/depot that sadly burnt on February 28, 2012, Respondek's Illinois Terminal painted EMD GP9 #4139 freshly delivered by Norfolk Southern to CSX on the Chillicothe turn awaits pick up. The locomotive was bound for operation on the newly formed Ohio South Central Railroad in Hamden, Ohio where it remains today. Although the IT Geep serves as a colorful reminder of a fallen flag, seeing it in black and white provides a feeling of nostalgia often associated with early diesel locomotives.
