Emerging from the darkness of the night, an authentic New York Central RS-3 leads a "haunted" Halloween excursion train across a small wooden trestle near Norwood, Kansas. NYC 8255 emerged from Alco's shop in June of 1951, and has also worked for Penn Central and Amtrak. It is now one of the main locomotives used for excursions along the Midland Railway Historical Association's former Santa Fe line out of Baldwin City, Kansas.
