Remarks & Notes
An eastbound CSX coal train's head end crew has "dogged," so a relief crew has been sent by van to Glenita, VA in the early hours of daybreak. A long of night delays from opposing trains and other issues has kept the crew from making a considerable amount of progress from Loyall, KY to Eriwn, TN.
