| The pair of engines that brought UP Train AASFX 18 into KC with the EMD on the point lay over in UP Quindaro Yard. In about 12 hours they will be headed back east, SD70M leading again, with the AFXAS 19.
It'd been a while since my last time night shooting a UP C40-8. I'd passed many of these up over the last decade. I never thought I'd see the day where a picture of one of these was deemed "necessary", but that era has arrived. |
