| Norfolk Southern's specially painted GoRail SD60E No. 6963 eases into a snow covered downtown Altoona, Pennsylvania with NS 66Z in tow. The specially painted locomotive was painted by the railroad's nearby Juniata shops in 2014 to commemorate the 10th anniversary of GoRail, a non-profit organization that educates the public on the advantages of freight-by-rail. After a quick recrew, the eastbound tank train will continue to Harrisburg on the railroad's former Pennsylvania Railroad mainline. |
