| Much against a pessimistic forecast, the weather today in the Eden Valley was glorious. The sympathetically restored former station at Long Marton plays its part in what continues to make the Settle and Carlisle route so special to travelers and railway enthusiasts alike. 45407 is the real star of the show in this image though. If you think she looks good, you should have HEARD her! |
