"Russel Plow on the Southern Divison"

The NYS&W Russel Plow saw use last year after a snow storm dropped over a foot of snow on the ground. Due to snow totals in the Garden State not nearly reaching the initial amounts predicted the plow sits dormant at the NYS&W servicing facility awaiting its next call to duty. Here the plow is seen clearing the Midland Ave grade crossing in Saddle Brook, NJ.
