The crew of the Ohio South Central Railroad move slowly through the heart of Jackson, Ohio on their return trip from Aluchem on the cities west side. It was an extremely cold and cloudy afternoon, however the paint of Respondek Rail Corp's Illinois Terminal Painted GP9 stands out on any occasion.
