After UP leased the Clifton branch north of Lordsburg, NM to the AZER, trackage rights were included. This arrangement finds an AZER train entering the UP Sunset Route at Bowie, AZ in the morning and heading east to Lordsburg on trackage rights. This arrangement was originally agreed to with Iowa Pacific, but after this property's sale to Genesee & Wyoming, the same operations have continued.
