Apologies to UP fans, but UP power - at least on the Van Buren Sub - is generally dirty/rusty/scruffy, and until recently we rarely saw pool power in these parts. That has changed, with an influx of foreign power on D&R unit tie trains every few weeks, and Bakken field oil trains almost every day. It's mostly BNSF, but CSX, NS and KCS units also make occasional appearances.
