| Under Construction. The EB Lake Shore Limited arrives at the Albany-Rensselaer station on Track 1. The construction of a 4th station track and the extension of the existing platforms north is well under way. This work has resulted in only the Main Track (with AMTK 709) and Track 1 being in thru service. On the left can be seen where Track 2 has been temporarily removed for platform construction. The south end of the track is in place as a stub track. In the upper right can be seen the new Track 3 that will eventually be extended south. |
