Montana Rail Link’s 844 local arrives at Willow Creek, Montana, to set out some ballast cars on June 22, 2015. The unique structure in the foreground is Willow Creek’s jail, built by E.T. Barnum Iron Works of Detroit with a concrete pad in front of the door poured in 1917. Local legend has it that only one person was ever incarcerated in the jail—when the local sheriff was accidentally locked in the cell!
