All panned up and nowhere to go: Eight months after its delivery to the Railroad Museum of Pennsylvania, former Amtrak GG1 4935 has settled into its new home. Showing the wear of several years of daily operation, the G will eventually be spruced up and placed on display indoors. The 4935 did make one more trip, albeit pans down, under wires when it travelled to Washington in 2008 for the 100th anniversary of Washington Union Station.
