Hello from the Windy City, where it feels like January rather than late March. Or perhaps it feels like late March. Either way, I had a few minutes to spend at OTC watching the scoots whiz by the oddball double star dwarf signals here. Neat! An appropriate location to mentally kick-off my attendance at a two-day conference on Positive Train Control.
