Remarks & Notes

Amtrak's northbound Montrealer is crossing the White River a few minutes out of the Junction. The photographer was happy to find this train so far south with great lighting attributed to lengthy delays. Normally train would be near St Albans, Vermont at this time of day The E unit on the point is a former PRR hand me down from the Penn Central. The whole consist is a matched set in stellar condition. The bridge is a Central Vermont legacy now used by the New England Central and Amtrak’s Vermonter. I see good fishing below and great train shots above.
