| Westbound coal loads head through the town of Louisa under the C&O cantilever on the mainline at the East End of Louisa siding. With a section of the ex-CRR/Kingsport Subdivision mothballed, catching any trains on the Big Sandy is a welcoming sight. Rust is starting to show on the siding's rails, as very few remaining trains will fit in the siding, aside from maintenance-of-way equipment. |
