Factory Fresh Conrail Quality: New GE C40-8W units are ready to pull a Union Pacific Wattis Plateau to Long Beach coal train at Provo Yard on January 25, 1995. These units were part of a fleet of 30 GE 'Warranty Protection Units' on loan to the Union Pacific Railroad for six months in 1995.
