What year is it? It's been almost 10 years since Guilford Rail System changed its name to Pan Am Railways, but Guilford-painted power--though rarer--still roams the system. This 5-unit RJED actually had 4 Guilford-painted engines in its consist today, which is very rare. Looking like a scene from 2005 rather than 2015, the train heads east as it crosses the Hoosic River and approaches "Green's Crossing" in North Petersburgh, NY. Also note the old farmhouse at right with its front door adorned with a Christmas wreath for the holiday season.
This album seeks to portray classic New England and Upstate New York imagery. It showcases the most perfect examples of regional identity, with special attention to structures and landscape.
