Hartwell Railroad (HRT) local is on the move towards Toccoa, GA to interchange with Norfolk Southern with ex-Penn Central / Conrail / CSXT GP38 no. 1973 leading. Seen here just after departing a pit stop in Lavonia, GA for fuel and water and now slicing through the backwoods of Georgia just outside Martin alongside State Route 17.
