| Tier 4 on the point! A squeaky clean GE Tier 4 ET44C4 leads an empty grain train across Sand Creek in Sandpoint, Idaho on a beautiful fall day in the Pacific Northwest. Quite fittingly, the Tier 4 locomotive is running clean while the older Dash 9 is hacking up a lung. |
