A westbound wayfreight with A-B-A F-units passes closed West Davenport Tower. This is the junction with Rock Island's mainline to Kansas City. The Rock Island installed the sign on the tower to remind engine crews to notify Silvis with any issues with their locomotives. Similar signs were also installed at Durant, IA and Sheffield, IL.
