| A loaded ethanol train out of Arthur, IA, pulls hard as they climb the heavy grade west of Winthrop. As you can see how much the train has climbed in elevation the last half mile as they fight the 1.3% grade. Between Jesup and Manchester, grades in alot of places are well over 1%. The train has lost almost 15 mph just in this picture. It's like playing on your favorite roller coaster. |
