Remarks & Notes

The normal assortment of Amtrak power rests at the railroad's 21st street yard in addition to an uncommon UP SD70M. While not rare itself, UP SD70Ms are not normally found at the downtown Amtrak facility. The engine was one of a handful send down to be used as leaders on detoured Amtrak trains due to the fact that the Amtrak engines did not have the correct cab signals.
