"A New Face"

Thanks to federal funding from the state of New Jersey, the Susquehanna was able to rebuild two former Southern Pacific SD40T-2s into ECO units. The first of the two arrived back from rebuild and is seen heading north towards Cross Street in Bogota where the power will tie onto their train and head west to Binghamton.
