The First Day Home
The lone surviving U34CH, EL 3372 has just been delivered to Boonton Yard by the Morristown & Erie. Shortly after its arrival the URHS brought the engine to the West end of the shops and is seen here at its new home. A cosmetic restoration of EL 3372 will happen with hopes of eventually returning the engine to operating condition. This photo was taken on URHS property with permission. |
