Remarks & Notes
Due to the failure of ex-LNER B1 no.61306 'Mayflower', the Stratford 47 Group's class 47 no.47580 'County of Essex' was drafted in to work the Cathedrals Express charter from Ashford International to Salisbury on 12th December 2015. As night draws in, 47580 is seen waiting to depart Salisbury with 1Z84 16:36 Salisbury to Ashford International, the return leg of the Cathedrals Express. The Union Flag was added to 47580 in 2012 to celebrate Queen Elizabeth II's Diamond Jubilee.
