Overpowered?

An NJ Transit train, consisting of a pair of Bombardier ALP46 locomotives, passes through the North Elizabeth station in Elizabeth, New Jersey, on March 9th, 2016. While this appears to be an overpowered passenger train, it is in fact an extra move to reposition some equipment.
