"SEPTA on the New Haven Line"
Amtrak Test Extra 664 heads east up the Northeast Corridor towards Boston South Station past East Bridgeport with ACS-64 #664 leading 5 amfleet coaches. A couple days prior to testing on Amtrak, 664 completed testing on SEPTA Regional Rail. 664 was "loaned" to SEPTA Regional Rail (The Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority) for a little over a month for testing on almost all of their lines. This allowed SEPTA to get a feel for the locomotives that they just purchased before they are delivered. Before returning to Amtrak a SEPTA logo was taped to one of the ends of 664 commemorating it's successful test on SEPTA's lines.
