| Don't worry - we're safe standing on these tracks! At the New York City Fire Department (FDNY) Training Academy on Randall's Island, the subway simulator helps train Firefighters and EMS workers for the challenges of the emergencies that they will face in New York City. Car 1366 (R-62) ran for years for the MTA New York City Transit Subway before being brought here as a teaching aid. |
