Various pieces of work equipment surround the Harlem River Lift Bridge at night. This integral piece of infrastructure carries Metro-North's Harlem, Hudson, and New Haven Lines, and can allow boats to pass underneath in the rare instances that require it. Upgrades were performed on the bridge due to age and flood damage.
