Passionate about his work, Great Lakes Central engineer/conductor Matt Cox, who took on the role of mobile conductor for the day, using a company vehicle to head down to the trains' destination, watches as his grain train goes racing past him as he takes a short video of the 84 car train as it thunders through the sleepy community of Cohoctah, MI. in run 8 and traction motor blowers roaring as it assaults the hill out of the Shiawassee River watershed. It was a wonderful day to chase and was the epitome of springtime in Michigan and on the Great Lakes Central.
