Milwaukee Electric Railway & Light L10 rests among the weeds at the recently closed Wisconsin Electric St. Francis power plant in April of 1988. Once used to shuttle coal cars to the plant, it hasn't turned a wheel in many years. Fortunately, this engine was saved and now resides at the Illinois RR Museum.
