EMD lease power outnumbers the Southern Pacific power at SP's West Anaheim yard in November 1989. EMDX GP38-2 795, EMDX GP38-2 814, SP GP35 6607 and EMDX GP38-2 803 have brought the Anaheim Hauler in from the West Colton Yard.
