Remarks & Notes
A maintenance train with a couple loads of ballast and some flat cars with track sections heads to the Moiser, Or. The train is en route following a derailment of an oil train that has stopped all traffic and imposed the evacuation of parts of the small Oregon town, just five miles east of Hood River.
