Remarks & Notes
An obvious refugee from the Southern Pacific, James River Corporation S6 1201 switches the paper mill in Green Bay. Although it was owned and operated by the Green Bay & Western for a brief period, evidence suggests that it operated as # 1201 in patched SP paint. The Alco switcher survives today at Green Bay’s National Railroad Museum, complete with a full GB&W scheme and numbered 106, neither of which were applied during the Alco's in-service life.
