After spending a few days at Duke Power's Plant Allen steam station, NS 751 finally rolls out onto the plant lead track. The 8104 will only be on the lead for a few minutes more, as the crew will run the power around the empty train to head north. Supposedly, this is one of only 12 coal trains contracted by Duke Energy for the Plant Allen station in the 2016 calender year. In the background, a PTI crew van shuffles the conductor around.
