| A couple of local kids take a big risk by cutting across the tracks in front of CSX J767 at Decoursey Avenue in Latonia. I was waiting to photograph the train splitting the signals when these 2 hurriedly crossed the track right in front of me. While the train is running at restricted speed, it's still a risk they should not have been taking! |
